Resin bound means every stone is coated and mixed before it is laid, so nothing comes loose. Bonded resin is stone scattered onto glue and it sheds. We only lay bound.

If the existing tarmac or concrete is sound we can overlay it. If it is cracked, sunken or patched we dig it out first — laying resin over a failing base just moves the crack up.
